By accessing or using the Crown9 platform — whether via the website, mobile app or any other official channel — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions.

These terms take effect from the date of your account registration and remain applicable for as long as your account is active. crown9 reserves the right to amend, add to, or modify any part of these terms at any time without prior notice, although we endeavour to inform users of significant changes.

To register and use crown9 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• All active bonus wagering requirements must be completed or the bonus cancelled first.
• Any remaining cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned via the original payment method.
• The account closure process takes up to 5 business days.
